Partial Claim (FHA/HUD and Some Freddie Mac Loans)

This involves putting your past due mortgage payments into a second, non-interest bearing mortgage.  The payments on the second mortgage begin when the first mortgage is paid off. Partial claims cannot be for more than 12 months of missed payments.
